Report (I was told by Customs that this is no longer needed due to the new APIS procedures)
- Stamped General Declaration form from foreign country
- Airworthiness Certificate, Aircraft Registration (Permanent Only),
Customs Decal Number, Pilot and Medical Certificate
- Customs
Declaration form 6059b for each family, non commercial cargo or unaccompanied baggage
- Passport and Visa
- I-94
Arrival/Departure Record form: All persons except U.S. citizens, Resident Aliens, Aliens with immigrant visas and Canadian
citizens visiting or in transit

one of the countries enumerated in 8 CFR217: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belguim, Brunei, Denmark,
Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway,
Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
